Tish Scott brought the meeting to order and Tina Dean read the collett.

Treasurer’s report -      Treasurer not in attendance

Minutes from last meeting were passed out to membership and Tish asked for corrections or revisions.

Old Business

2010 Regional Conference – Committee has requested that we have the menu for our event turned in to them by their February meeting.

Tish received a challenge from Candy Jacobs from Fort Wayne for a $50 donation from each local association for the Pacesetter Campaign for Legacy Foundation.

Amanda made a motion that the members all donate their $5.00 that they would have paid for lunch today to this cause.  Amy seconded.
