Meeting called to order – Collect read

No corrections to the previous minutes.

Balance of treasury - $1338.65

New Business:

    Awards committee – Lisa out

    Safety committee – Gail out

    Education – members are not responding if they are interested in taking any classes

    Ways & Means -  Need ideas for projects to help raise money for the

                                 2012 Convention.

                                 We will be selling tickets for a Mothers Day basket – we will try and

                                 get a massage gift certificate.  Linda is going to talk to her

                                 daughter-in-law and see if she could donate some Mary Kay

                                 products.  Everyone is encouraged to help get items for the basket.

                                 We will try and get the basket ready in March so we can start

                                 selling tickets.

Debbie had a budget set for $3,000.00 for the  2012 Convention.  Linda and Tish will be going to the Regional and State Conventions this year and they will try and find out how much we should set aside for the 2012 Convention.

General info – If a member makes a reservation for lunch at our monthly meeting and they do not show up at the meeting, they are still responsible for paying for their lunch.
