Meeting was combined with our Christmas gathering carry-in.  Our organization also collected enough money to buy Christmas gifts for 3 children.

Treasures Report – our current balance in our account - $1333.24

Old Business:

      Ways & Means committee – We sold $418.25 on Rada Cutlery

                                                                 -$267.15  payment

                                                                   $151.10  Profit

      We took the mittens & hats from our drive to 14^th & Chestnut

      The Regional meeting at Akron, Oh will be held at the Hilton on March 18 –

      March 21, 2010  The theme will be  USO. – We will be donating a basket.

      The Regional Conference will be April 22 – April 25, 2012.  The theme will be Track

      and Field.  Linda Kalber can get us some pedometers.  We need a committee for this 

      event.    

      Our Nomination committee is Amy Fitzgerald and Jenny Morland

New Business

      We will do the Christmas gift wrap to help get funds into our account

      We tabled our spring fundraisers.  Some ideas were family portraits for Easter, white

       elephant sale.  We need more ideas for fundraisers.

      The next meeting may be at the Library.
