Treasury report – Balance as of 11-09-2009  - $1349.39

Committee Reports

    Ways & Means -  Marianne gave a reminder that the Rada Cutlery orders and money

                                  need to be turned in by Nov. 30, 2009

    Still need committee members and chair for Nomination Committee.

Hat & Mitten drive extended till Nov, 30, 2009

Tish given CWC pin.  She was asked to give her speech at the next meeting in December.

It was voted on by the member to give a $25.00 door price at the 2010 Regional Meeting.

USO Theme.  Tish motioned, Tina second. Members okayed.

The members decided to wait at a later date to decide the amount to give to donations and scholarships.  Members want to see how our Treasury looked before we committed.

  Last year   -   Royal Oaks $250.00     Ins. Scholarship Foundation of America $100.00

Next meeting 12-14-2009-  at ONI- Christmas gathering

$5.00 donation by each member for Angel Tree gifts.  Gail L. motioned, Tish second , all members okayed.

Collect for Insurance Women:

Take us, O God, under Thy Divine protection.  Make us to act as Thy messengers for peace and contentment, for harmony and understanding.  Grant that we may swee more clearly the point of view of other men and women in all lines of insurance.  Realizing the highly competitive nature of our business, teach us to respect competition at all times.  Keep us free from pettiness and unwise discrimination.  Let us do our work willingly, honestly and thoroughly, giving service graciously at all times.  Teach us, O Lord, to know and realize that by Thy grace we can live in perfect peace with one another.  And grant that through this organization we may become closer in friendship and understanding.  Amen.
