IPWV Meeting Minutes – 05/18/09

Attendance:  General Membership

President Tina Dean called meeting to order with general membership in attendance.  The Collect was read by all.

1. Secretary’ Report:  posted online.

2. Treasurer’s Report:  Stands as posted on IPWV web site

3.  Committee Reports:

1. Education:  Still trying to complete CWC and Ethics for those that need it.  Contact Sarah McCammon if need to complete either class.

1. Publicity:  Installation next month – Deb will get into paper

1. Safety & Volunteering: 
   1. Annual Night Out – still researching, getting contact information, Gail L. working on it. 
   2. Looking for companies to donate coloring books, etc to hand out

1. Program & Social:  Nothing to Report

1. All Industry Night 2009:  Things went well; all in attendance had a good time.

1. Membership:  Going to extend membership invitations to outside businesses.

4. Old Business:  Renewal apps to Tina ASAP

5. New Business: 
   1. Installation on June 15, 2009.
