IPWV Meeting Minutes - March 16, 2009

Attendance:  General Membership

President Tina Dean called meeting to order with general membership in attendance.  The Collect was read by all.

1. Secretary' Report:  posted online

2. Treasurer's Report:  Stands as posted on IPWV web site

3.  Committee Reports:

•A.   Ways & Means:  Nothing to Report

•B.   Education:  Still trying to complete CWC and Ethics for those that need it.  Contact Sarah McCammon if need to complete either class.

•C.   Safety & Volunteering: 

•a.    Annual Night Out - still researching, getting contact information, Gail L. working on it. 

•D.   Program & Social:  Nothing to Report

•E.   Memberhip:  Nothing to Report

•F.    Director Deb:  Regional Conference update ??? (Deb not in attendance, no update given).

•G.   All Industry Night 2009:  Jennifer Moreland, Tina Dean, Linda Berry on committee.  Others interested contact any of these three.  Dates looking at are May 7 or May 14.

•H.   Nominations Committee: Amy F., Jenni M., Deb, Sarah. 

•a.    Amy F. agreed to remain as Treasurer

4. Old Business:  NAIFA Bowl-A-Thon at THBC.  Tina and her family attended.

5. New Business: 
   1. Mittens Drive - coats included as well.  Starting now for the fall.
