Membership Present
Meeting Called to order by Debbie Craig
Prior meeting minutes accepted as posted
Larry our speaker could not attend.
Introduced two guests both from different State Farm offices, Toni Garzolini & Amy Eslinger.

Old Business:
Name tags $2 each to reimburse the organization. Pay to Jennifer Wallace – please wear at October meeting. Motion by Tina Dean & Second by Jenni Thompson
Fire Safety coloring contest is under way.
Communicate with Confidence class is almost complete. Tina Dean will represent us in the competition at Regional.
Recognition Presidents Awards – Linda Berry for website; Gail Loehmann for work on fire safety program and tike stickers & Tish Scott for being a mentor for our group.
Mentors for new members will be: Connie Adams for Amy Fitzgerald; Jennifer Moreland for Toni Garzolini, Jenni Thompson for Amy Eslinger and Mary Ann for Martha.
Bills – Website hosting paid $30 and New bill $100. Eileen motioned to pay and Gail 2nd
Delegate for State is Tina Dean will reimburse $45 for registration. Connie motioned and Robin 2nd.
New Business:
Committee reports
Ways & Means – narrowing down choices for fundraising. Adding RATTA Knives to website and can sell by brochure, we make 40% motion to add to web Jenni T & Tina 2nd.
We have $55 coming from Web magazine sales.
Education Committee – Sarah working on Ethics class – Allied provided $225 for books etc. 1 hr/ Thursday lunch cost will be low if any to attend.
Social Committee – ONB conference Center, ISU pizza, veggies & Dessert for Oct 15th meeting.
Awards – Legislative, membership, education & Debbie’s Presidential awards. Sarah took over state awards from Debbie and will be the presenter of state awards
Website – Things are going well and she will get State Farm personal web pages.
All Industry – We are thinking 3rd week of April or so for meeting, we will have CE available that day, possibly Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre & maybe Hilton Garden Inn? Debbie is friends with member of Marshall Comm Theatre and will talk to them about putting something on.
Membership - they are getting membership packets together
Publicity - Scrapbook started – Give info to Debbie if you have done anything,
achievements etc.
Budget – Passed out budget information
Tish needs volunteer for council director – Sarah McCammon possibly?
