Message From Your President
September 2009
First I would like to thank our previous President Tina Dean for a wonderful year last year. We had many successes and a lot of fun. Everyone worked hard to achieve everything we set out to do.
This was our first year to participate in National Night Out. Gail Loehmann organized our booth and give a-ways and several members helped her to man the booth. Food was collected for donations. There was a great turn out and I hope we try to do the same this year.
We started a mitten and hat collection for 14th and Chestnut. Let’s work hard to make this a successful project this year.
Scholarships were donated to again. An intern with Old National Insurance was a recipient this year.
All Industry Night was a great success. We had lots of fun with a Karaoke group and many company people and employers attended at The Landing.
We had a group meeting with other local insurance organizations last year with plans for another one this year.
Debbie Craig finished a successful year as State Council Director. We are all proud of the job she did.
Tish Scott competed and won the CWC competition at State and was a wonderful representative for our chapter.
I want to Thank everyone in advance for the help and the year ahead. I look forward to representing you as your President this year and hope to make it as successful as years in the past.
